Woman Settles Calif. Trash Injury Suit for $535K

How Ridiculous?
 
 

The plaintiff claimed she was hit in the head with a bag full of tissues, injuring her to the point that she had to quit working and move to Hawaii. The case just settled – she’ll get over $500,000.
