Burned fan sues Cowboys

How Ridiculous?
 
 

A fan who suffered burns after sitting on a hot bench outside Dallas Cowboys stadium in 2010 is suing the team and the owner, claiming that they should have put up warning signs that the black marble benches could get hot in the Texas summer.
