Ex-con sues school district that won’t hire him

How Ridiculous?
 
 

A school district with a policy of not hiring ex-convicts is being sued by one who applied for a job as a master electrician.  The rejected applicant, who was convicted on drug charges 28 years ago, calls the district’s policy discriminatory.
