Yuba City Pays Man To Stop Frivolous ADA Lawsuits

How Ridiculous?
 
 

Officials in Yuba City, CA have agreed to pay $15,000 to a serial plaintiff who has been targeting small business owners with frivolous litigation.  The agreement, believed to be the first of its kind in the state, means the plaintiff can no longer bring ADA suits within city limits.
