Town builds sand dune. Sand dune protects home from Superstorm Sandy. Homeowners sue town because sand dune blocks their ocean view?

Maybe they should remove the dune in front of their home. Make them sign a waiver that we the taxpayers won’t be responsible for any damages to their home caused by any future storms. Give the number of the lawyer to the other neighbors so they can sue this person when and if their homes are damaged due to them getting their view. Why should taxpayers pay them anything.
