A Georgia judge has tossed a multi-million dollar award after discovering the plaintiff’s Facebook posts cast doubt on the claims.  The posts include messages that he “can not go to a gym til lawsuit over … due to it not looking right for me to be working out … and saying i have a bad arm” as well as evidence that his marriage was on the rocks well before the injury that led to a loss of consortium award.
