That’s just sad. Next time the people rescuing her should just leave her there and then she will have a real reason to sue.
Or, better yet, the state should countersue for wasting the courts time.
Actually, there should be liability release forms the accident victim signs before they are rescued. If they won’t sign, they can sit there and call someone else for help…
