Lawsuit blames Tampa Electric for teen’s fall from pole

A Florida teen who was paralyzed after he climbed to the top of a utility pole, got shocked, and fell 35 feet to the ground is suing the electric company for negligence.  The suit alleges that the company should have blocked access to the pole or installed anti-climbing devices.
