Taco Bell says it is still recovering from the lingering effects of a lawsuit over the restaurant’s taco and burrito meat.  Taco Bell took the unusual step of vigorously fighting back in the media, calling it frivolous and demanding an apology from the plaintiffs’ firm that filed the suit.
