The Orange County Register takes a look at some vexatious litigants, including one woman who has “sued actor Tom Hanks for $12 million alleging he harassed her, sued Huntington Beach saying she wants more plants near parking lots, and sued an exotic dance club for $9,000 because they allow women to dance nude in the establishment.”
