Georgia man’s death during threesome nets his family $3M in trial

The family of a man who had a heart attack during a ménage-à-trois has sued the man’s doctor for failing to warn him to avoid strenuous physical activity.  The family was asking for $5 million, but a jury awarded the man’s wife (who was not involved in the threesome) $3 million instead.
