Court Tosses Claims by Woman Who Says She Was Fired over Gray Hair

A case in Texas that garnered international headlines when a woman claimed she was fired for having gray hair has been dismissed by a judge, who found “absolutely no evidence that her age was a motivating factor for her discharge.”  The court instead pointed to her rudeness to customers, temper with co-workers and showing up smelling of alcohol as the (legitimate) reasons for her firing.
