A university president who spent a night in jail for violating New York City’s gun laws is now suing Delta Airlines.  The man fulfilled all protocols when flying into New York from South Dakota, but was arrested on his way out of town when he declared his firearm and a ticket agent notified security.  The charges have since been dropped, but he filed a suit against the airline, claiming “Delta breached its duty to him as a customer by failing to inform him of the city’s restrictive gun laws.”
