A lawsuit against an Arizona ski resort over the health risks of eating man-made snow was dismissed by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals as a “gross abuse of the legal system” and the court ordered the lawyer in the case to pay the defendant’s cost.  Now, a coalition of groups is asking the court to reconsider, saying that it would make lawyers less likely to take up contentious issues.

  • Lawyers should use common sense when deciding what cases to take. This was just a waste of time for everybody involved. The world no longer seems to possess common sense, only a desire for free money and attention. So sad.
