Long-necked beer bottle maker not liable for barroom assault

A Texas lawsuit unsuccessfully wanted a bottle-maker to be held liable when one of their bottles was used as a weapon in bar fight.  The plaintiff claimed the bottle was defectively designed, saying the long neck of the bottle made it a convenient choice for a weapon.
