Motorcyclist who hit Florida panther sues state over warning system

A motorcyclist who collided with a panther on a highway is suing the state of Florida, claiming that a wildlife warning system failed to alert him of the cat.  The suit claims the system, which was set up to test whether it could reduce collisions between panthers and vehicles, failed due to blocked sensors and incorrect installation.
