Why is suspected burglar Samuel Cutrufelli, age 31, suing 90-year-old Jay Leone?  Because Leone shot Cutrufelli in the jaw after he broke into Leon’s house.  The lawsuit claims Leone caused the suspected burglar “bodily harm, financial hardship and the loss of his marriage.”
