A Florida lawyer is suing Apple after he downloaded an HD movie onto his non-HD iPhone. Although he was able to watch the movie in standard definition on the 3.5 inch screen, he is suing for $1 in the hopes of bunching together enough people who made the same mistake to start a class action.
