  • Now that interns are getting paid for work done, and medical providers will be paid for services once considered “charity care”, it seems the tradition of volunteerism is soon going to be out the window.

  • volunteer |ˌvälənˈtir|
    noun
a person who freely offers to take part in an enterprise or undertake a task.
    • a person who works for an organization without being paid.

he knew the meaning of the word. Judge should throw it out.

  • All these frivolous lawsuits have one thing in common, a judge who reviews the so-called petition or case and allows it to go forward through the court system. Judges without exception are lawyers to begin with, and with lawyers common sense and reality are strange concepts. Not to mention it is an industry which lawyers perpetuate for there gain. Revamping the dysfunctional legal “system” is the only way change will occur.
