A man imprisoned for allegedly using email to scam people out of their credit card numbers is suing a Tennessee family for half of their $1.6 billion Powerball lottery jackpot.  He claims to have chipped in for the ticket.

Jonathan Lee Riches — also known as Jihadi Schitz — says he is owed his share of the winnings after sending $20 to the Robinson family’s daughter.  He says the money was to help pay for the ticket, which he claims the family “couldn’t afford” without his financial assistance.

Riches, who hand wrote the lawsuit, is known for having filed thousands of frivolous lawsuits.

In addition to the lawsuit, Riches is also seeking a full Congressional investigation.
