Trial lawyers churn out ridiculous claims in order to find their cash cow.
They’ve found another one.
A woman is suing a dairy-alternative company called Miyoko’s because she says its buttery vegan spread isn’t real…butter.
The lawsuit claims that the packaging confuses consumers because “the products lack any milk or dairy ingredients,” and uses words terms like “melts” and “spreads.”
But consumer studies show that shoppers aren’t confused by vegan butter and know the difference.
Don’t have a cow: This frivolous lawsuit should sour.
