A man is suing Ben & Jerry’s for misleading consumers.
Their ice cream says it comes from happy cows.
But right now only part of the dairy used in their ice cream comes from farms that are part of its growing “Caring Dairy” program.
The rest currently comes from traditional farms–while their Caring Dairy program expands.
Sounds like Ben & Jerry’s is investing in sustainable product pipelines.
But now trial lawyers are turning them into their own cash cow with this costly, time-consuming lawsuit.
And that’s udderly ridiculous.
