He also says that delicious sugar and fat create an unfair candy marketplace for Tootsie Rolls’ competitors. Look, Tootsie Roll isn’t hiding anything from consumers. It’s all on the label. They aren’t forcing people to buy their delicious candy. And this isn’t the first time the Tootsie Roll company has been sued over something stupid. This ridiculous lawsuit isn’t about sugar, health, or consumer choices. It’s about one thing: making trial lawyers more money. And that’s sad.
