Another outrageous lawsuit has been fermenting in Illinois.

Flying Embers alcoholic Hard Kombucha is made with probiotics and antioxidants, which it lists on their drink labels.

Well, they were just sued by a woman who said consumers would be confused and think the health benefits of kombucha magically negate the harmful effects of alcohol. Consumers aren’t that stupid.

The labels already include all the federally required warnings that drinking can cause adverse health issues. Thankfully, a judge threw this ridiculous lawsuit out of court.

Justice is refreshing.
