Michigan inmate loses trial over bad teeth

After four years of litigation, a Michigan jury has dismissed an inmate’s lawsuit alleging that his dental problems were the prison’s fault.  The jury took just one day to return the verdict after learning that the inmate only had five of his original 32 teeth when he was first incarcerated.
