Here are two contestants for the most ridiculous lawsuit of the year. 

A woman sued Tootsie Roll because she thought it was immoral and unfair that they candy contained sugar and fat.

Another woman sued Mrs. Smith’s pies because she believed they didn’t contain enough butter.

Our judgment? Suing Tootsie Roll for being “immoral”. Tootsie Roll isn’t hiding anything from consumers. It’s all on the label.
