A Missouri court has reinstated a previously-dismissed lawsuit that accuses the Kansas City Royals mascot of tossing a hot dog that hit him in the face, leading to eye surgery.  A court threw out the case in 2011, ruling that the hot dog was part of the inherent risks of attending a baseball game.
