A ridiculous lawsuit is brewing in the Aloha State.

Kona Hawaiian-style beer is headquartered in Hawaii, but brews its beer in other locations across the continental US.

Now they are being sued for misleading consumers who claim they paid more for Kona’s beer because they thought it was made in Hawaii.

Kona beer sold in the mainland U.S. is brewed in Oregon and New Hampshire, which the brewery lists on the packaging.

Guess the small print is too hard for some people to read.

Instead of investing its resources back into making great beer, Kona will now spend time and money fighting this sudsy lawsuit, potentially leading to higher prices for craft beer consumers.

Drink up! Thanks to this crazy lawsuit, you’ll could paying more the next round.
