A customer is upset that Friendly’s vanilla ice cream contains more than plain vanilla.
The Friendly’s recipe includes ingredients like turmeric and annatto, which comes from the tropical achiote tree.
But the customer says it’s misleading. So their lawyers are serving up a ridiculous lawsuit abuse sundae–with an extra helping of “unspecified damages” as the cherry on top.
We have brain freeze just thinking about how nutty it is.
Let’s hope the judge puts this lawsuit back in the freezer where it belongs.
